Three meetings included:

  1. First Meeting- we educate you about the documents, discuss an appropriate strategy in your circumstances, and take instructions from you about your wishes;

  2. Document Review Meeting- we read through the draft documents that we have sent to you to ensure that you understand them and make changes if required;

  3. Document Signing Meeting- we meet with you to act as the qualified and second witness to witness you signing your documents. Meetings are held in Box Hill, and occasionally in Camberwell.

Documents for you include:

  1. Will;

  2. Enduring Power of Attorney- Financial;

  3. Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker (also known as Enduring Guardianship in NSW);

  4. Letter of Wishes (template with guidance).

We work with clients in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland.

$4,000 (incl. GST)

Invoiced at different stages, refer to our Cost Agreement below for more details.

Testamentary Trusts + $800 (incl. GST)

An additional total fee of $800 will be charged where you instruct us to include a Testamentary Trust in your Will.

Refer to our Cost Agreement for package exclusions and other additional charges. Or book a free call to discuss how exclusions may or may not apply to you.

If you would like to work together the next step is:

  1. Download the Cost Agreement below, complete it* and return it to us;

  2. We will then send you a welcome email including a link to book our First Meeting together. You should allow 90 minutes for this meeting, and we offer frequent Saturday and evening appointment times.

Optional purchase of online course:

It is not a condition of this package that you have purchased and watched our online course. If you would like to however the cost of the course will be deducted from your final invoice, making it fully redeemable.
